Warm-ups at 8 AM-8:50 AM Coaches Meeting at 9:00 AM Meet Starts at 9:15 AM

Facility: Two, 50-meter pools. Elevated, step seating for the entire Competition Pool.

Setup: Athletes will compete based on grade levels; 9th, 10th, 11th,or 12th. Swimmers must swim according to their grade level and they cannot swim up or down. Make sure you enter your swimmers in the correct event. Event numbers are listed under the grade level for each stroke. An event File will be sent out.

We will utilize both ends of the Competition Cool. Boys will be on the South End and the Girls will be on the North End. The Multipurpose Pool will be open the entire day for warm up and cool down.

Entries: Each Swimmer may enter a maximum of 3 individual events. There are no relays at this meet. Entries are due no later than Thursday, February 27th by 8 PM.

• Coaches must email the Hy-Tek entry file as well as PDF that confirms entries to KacyOta@clovisusd.k12.ca.us and PeterFecht@clovisusd.k12.ca.us
• The Hy-Tek event file will be sent to each Head Coach upon confirmation of Participation.

Entry Fees: $75 per Division or $400 for all 8. Make checks payable to Clovis North Swim & Dive.

No Refunds

Entry Deadline: All entries must be received by Thursday, February 27th. Teams will not be allowed to compete if their entry fees have not been paid. Entries must be done with the Team Manager and emailed to the Meet Director. We will email you a PDF file showing what was received.

Scoring: Standard 16th-place scoring will be used.

Awards: Awards to be given in the following categories:

Top Freshman Male & Female Athletes Top Sophomore Male & Female Athlete

Top Junior Male & Female Athletes Top Senior Male & Female Athlete

Coaches Accommodations: There will be complementary coach's hospitality available near the snack bar by the office.

Spectators: There is a $5 admission fee for all spectators. There will be a concession stand at the North End of the Competition Pool.
